Associate Attorney – VA/MD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Offer thorough legal representation in areas such as foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and other related issues.

• Advocate for clients in court proceedings regarding foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and similar matters.

• Prepare and evaluate motions, pleadings, and official correspondence.

• Attend court hearings both in-person and virtually.

• Provide legal supervision and work in collaboration with support staff.

• Deliver prompt, client-centered legal services within a high-volume practice environment.

• Collaborate with seasoned attorneys and a proficient operational team under the direction of a managing attorney.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Virginia.

• Licensure in Maryland is preferred.

• 4 to 5+ years of relevant experience required.

• Prior experience in bankruptcy is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Creditors Rights, Bankruptcy, and related legal areas is essential.

• Excellent skills in legal writing, communication, and analysis are necessary.

• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and motivated.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Completion of the I-9 form and provision of identity and work eligibility documentation is mandatory.
