Associate Attorney – Civil Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engaging in active and inbound negotiations for contracts within the Bank’s portfolio

• Organizing and filing settlement agreements

• Updating relevant systems, including the law firm and Bank Portal

• Conducting case analyses

• Compiling reports for clients

• Offering information and support to clients

• Managing general administrative requests submitted by clients

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed undergraduate degree in Law

• Active membership with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)

• Fundamental understanding of civil procedure and court systems

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Experience in legal negotiations is advantageous

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
