Associate Attorney – Business Immigration Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assess and convey options to fulfill clients’ business immigration requirements

• Ensure prompt and precise communication with clients throughout and following the application process

• Provide assistance with the management and compliance of immigration programs

• Oversee and collaborate with support staff to guarantee accurate preparation and filing of applications

• Uphold accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced case environment

• Aid clients and staff with inquiries during the filing process

• Prepare and submit business-related non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions

• Conduct comprehensive case reviews of work performed by legal support teams

• Execute other duties as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Active membership in a relevant Bar association

• Over 5 years of experience in business immigration

• In-depth knowledge of various case types, including NIV, with specific expertise in simple and complex L visas, E-2 Treaty Investor visas, PERM, and other IV case types

• Demonstrated history of success in a dynamic environment

• Exceptional communication and writing abilities

• Strong organizational skills

• Experience in independently managing multiple competing priorities

• Outstanding attention to detail and interpersonal skills

• Submission of resume, cover letter, and writing sample is required
