This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Create persuasive case strategies that effectively address emotional arguments and achieve desired outcomes.
β’ Elevate standards by challenging mediocrity and striving for excellence in every facet of the work.
β’ Independently oversee court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
β’ Collaborate with attorneys and staff across various experience levels.
β’ Ensure consistent and professional communication with clients.
β’ Cultivate and strengthen relationships with both existing and potential clients.
β’ Mentor and offer guidance to junior attorneys, aiding in team development and success.
β’ Juris Doctor (JD) from a law school accredited by the ABA.
β’ Active bar license in the state of California.
β’ 1β8 years of substantial litigation experience, encompassing case strategy, depositions, and trial preparation.
β’ Capability to independently handle a full caseload, from discovery to trial.
β’ Previous experience in insurance defense is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with litigation timekeeping and billing systems.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
β’ Self-driven with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
β’ Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor.
β’ Annual billable hours bonus starting at $10,000, with an additional $7,500 for each higher tier.
