Associate Attorney

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver thorough legal representation in areas such as foreclosure, bankruptcy, litigation, and related issues.

• Act on behalf of financial institutions in court proceedings involving foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and similar matters.

• Oversee case workflows to ensure adherence to client specifications, legal standards, and court regulations.

• Prepare and evaluate motions, pleadings, and correspondence.

• Participate in court hearings both in-person and virtually.

• Provide legal guidance and work in collaboration with support staff.

• Offer responsive and client-centered legal services in a high-volume environment.

• Work alongside seasoned attorneys and operational staff under the direction of a managing attorney.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in Texas (required).

• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience is preferred; however, all qualified applicants will be considered.

• Relevant experience in a litigation-focused role is necessary.

• Strong skills in legal writing, communication, and analysis are essential.

• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and motivated.

• Preferred qualifications include multi-state licensure, experience in bankruptcy or collections, and federal licensure.

• Authorization to work in the United States is required.

• Completion of the I-9 form and provision of identity and work eligibility documentation is mandatory.

• Travel related to court appearances may be necessary.
