This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the innovative development of branded merchandise, clothing, uniforms, promotional items, retail materials, and printed marketing assets.
• Create seasonal merchandise collections and branded apparel that showcase the distinct character of each brand.
• Generate creative concepts for retail spaces, signage, point-of-sale displays, event graphics, environmental branding, and experiential marketing initiatives.
• Produce print-ready artwork for brochures, flyers, direct mail pieces, menus, packaging support, large-format graphics, and promotional materials.
• Prepare files that are ready for production in offset, digital, screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, large-format printing, and specialized production techniques.
• Work collaboratively with Creative, Marketing, Brand, Retail Operations, Procurement, and external vendors throughout the production process.
• Ensure that design intent, production quality, color fidelity, and material choices are upheld.
• Create creative mockups and presentation materials for internal reviews and approvals from stakeholders.
• Maintain standards, templates, and specifications for merchandise, apparel, and print production.
• Investigate new print techniques, apparel trends, materials, and promotional products.
• Provide support for photoshoots and product styling as required.
• Contribute innovative ideas that enhance brand storytelling across various customer touchpoints.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 12 years of professional design experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as an Art Director or Associate Art Director.
• 5 years of experience as a Senior Designer or Lead Designer.
• Familiarity with print production, branded merchandise, apparel, and environmental graphics.
• A robust portfolio showcasing print design, branded merchandise, apparel graphics, environmental design, promotional materials, and production-ready artwork.
• Experience in developing creative concepts within established brand identity frameworks.
• Strong understanding of print production processes, color management, paper stocks, specialty finishes, and vendor specifications.
• Experience in preparing production-ready files for offset printing, digital printing, screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, vinyl applications, and large-format graphics.
• Expert knowledge of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and production design.
• Strong comprehension of apparel decoration techniques, garment construction factors, and merchandise production workflows.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• Capability to handle multiple deadlines and vendor relationships effectively.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Experience in creating presentations and production mockups for stakeholder evaluations.
• Self-motivated with outstanding attention to detail and strong creative judgement.
• Preferred: experience in supporting CPG, retail, lifestyle, or hospitality brands.
• Preferred: experience in designing trade show booths, event branding, environmental graphics, or retail fixtures.
• Preferred: experience in developing branded merchandise programs and seasonal apparel collections.
• Preferred: knowledge of packaging production and structural packaging concepts.
• Preferred: experience with embroidery digitizing, screen printing, specialty finishes, and promotional product vendors.
