Associate Creative Director, Art

📋 Description

• Develop innovative strategies for clients in the pharmaceutical and wellness sectors

• Articulate a distinct artistic vision to team members and stakeholders

• Mentor and lead art teams to achieve project goals

• Report directly to the VP, Creative Director

• Collaborate with departmental leaders to create comprehensive project briefs

• Establish strong client relationships through creative brainstorming, recommendations, and direct support

• Present creative ideas and strategies to clients and cross-functional teams

• Incorporate insights on brands, disease states, clinical trials, data, and competitive products into projects

• Develop marketing initiatives that align with client strategies

• Ensure the quality of art assets, including work from third-party vendors

• Assist in managing design team operations, priorities, resources, and project timelines

• Collaborate with Creative Directors to enhance the creative team and foster internal relationships

• Monitor industry, competitor, and cultural trends to help influence agency strategy

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, life sciences, or a related discipline

• Minimum of 10 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with at least 5+ years on the agency side and 3+ years in a leadership role

• Proven experience in leading brand planning with client budgets ranging from 3M to 8M

• Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and industry trends

• Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams

• Exceptional presentation and client interaction abilities

• Remote applicants must reside in the United States or Canada

• Preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone
