Associate Agency Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee various video and motion projects from initiation to final delivery.

• Develop and monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables involving all stakeholders.

• Proactively identify risks or changes in scope and adjust the team accordingly.

• Maintain up-to-date Asana boards, production schedules, and deliverables.

• Act as a primary client liaison throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure that client expectations are clear, achievable, and consistently fulfilled.

• Collaborate with leadership to convert creative vision into practical production strategies.

• Work alongside directors, editors, and designers to uphold workflow and prioritize tasks.

• Ensure seamless transitions between sales, creative, and production teams.

• Clearly communicate progress, obstacles, and requirements to the larger team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.

• Prior production experience is essential.

• 2+ years of experience in production, agency, or creative project management.

• Demonstrated ability to manage intricate projects with multiple deliverables.

• Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

• Calm and proactive demeanor when under pressure.

• High attention to detail and accountability for meeting deadlines.

• Familiarity with Asana, Airtable, or similar project management tools.

• Understanding of video production workflows.

• Background in creative agencies, studios, or startups.

• Experience with project management platforms like Asana or Airtable.

• Ability to work remotely; this position does not involve being on production sets.

• Willingness to work late nights and weekends when necessary; this is not a standard 9-5 role.

• Must not require sponsorship for an employment visa.
