
Associate Account Director – Market Access

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Oversee, manage, and direct all facets of market access initiatives and client accounts.
• Plan and coordinate projects, manage budgets, and handle project communications effectively.
• Foster and enhance existing client relationships through routine contact and meetings.
• Organize and actively participate in client pitch presentations.
• Create contracts, project estimates, budget proposals, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with internal teams.
• Contribute to the development of product strategy and the implementation of communication plans.
• Supervise junior account team members and lead projects from inception to completion.
• Build and maintain relationships with faculty and client contacts across various departments including Marketing, Sales, Legal, Medical, and Compliance.
• Manage projects involving external vendors and various internal departments such as IT, Editorial, Graphics, Compliance, and Art.
• Ensure projects adhere to deadlines, budget constraints, and client expectations.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of clients' businesses, disease areas, products, competitors, and the healthcare environment.
• Monitor the marketplace and provide updates to clients and internal teams.
• Engage in new business development activities, including research, presentation creation, potential client engagement, and meetings.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, health economics, advertising, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in market access is essential.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a dynamic agency setting.
• Proven experience and success in leading cross-functional agency teams.
• High levels of motivation, a strong work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the US.
• Occasional travel may be necessary.
