Assistant/Associate Professor of Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Instruct within Vermont Law and Graduate School’s expanding Online Hybrid JD Program

• Address curricular needs in Criminal Law/Evidence or Business Associations/Tax

• Deliver dynamic, innovative, and engaging synchronous and asynchronous online instruction

• Show evidence of or potential for exceptional scholarly accomplishments

• Contribute service to VLGS

• Interact with professionals and the public to foster intellectual dialogue, enhance legal understanding, and educate the community about the law

• Participate in committee work

• Attend virtual campus events

• Stay fully committed to the mission of the school

⛳️ Requirements

• J.D. is mandatory

• Non-tenure track faculty appointment

• Candidates may be entry-level, junior, or senior lateral applicants

• Evidence of or potential for exceptional scholarly achievements

• Strong, innovative, and engaged synchronous and asynchronous online teaching capabilities
