This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Analyze specifications to support the planning processes for construction, focusing on start and completion timelines and staffing needs.
• Aid the MEP Project Manager in identifying and assessing subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Contribute to the development of scopes of work and the MEP project timeline.
• Create estimates for MEP self-performed tasks and assist in the overall project estimation.
• Coordinate and oversee all trades during the construction process.
• Request pricing, help select qualified bidders, and negotiate final costs.
• Assist in writing subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Prepare cost-to-complete analyses, monthly billing, and status reports.
• Review and coordinate current P&IDs, mechanical, electrical, shop, architectural, and structural drawings.
• Aid in pricing work, drafting modifications, and managing change orders.
• Oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities from pre-startup to project completion.
• Schedule subcontractor tasks and identify necessary materials, equipment, and tools.
• Set up and conclude construction sites.
• Act as the on-site Safety Officer in the absence of an assigned individual.
• Acquire tools and materials for delivery in alignment with work schedules.
• Direct supervisory staff and subcontractors in planning and implementing work procedures and coordinating construction phases.
• Address workforce complaints and grievances with supervisory staff.
• Review progress, material, and cost reports, making adjustments to work schedules as needed.
• Establish and uphold safety and quality standards while managing Gray’s QMS program.
• Generate reports and traceability to promote continuous improvement.
• Communicate, implement, and enforce Gray’s safety program on-site.
• Manage multiple subordinate team members while indirectly overseeing subcontractors, consultants, and general laborers.
• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience and/or training; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer proficiency, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications.
• Ability to coordinate and manage all trades throughout the construction process effectively.
• Capability to review P&IDs and mechanical, electrical, shop, architectural, and structural drawings.
• Competence in preparing estimates, schedules, reports, subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Ability to establish and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Proficient in utilizing and maintaining the company's QMS program.
• Skill in generating reports and traceability to support continuous improvement.
• Energetic, self-driven, and collaborative team-oriented mindset.
• Must be willing and able to travel to project sites across the United States and, occasionally, internationally.

• Must fulfill physical demands including frequent standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting up to 25 lbs frequently and 100 lbs occasionally.
