This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
β’ Assist in the execution of electric vehicle service center construction projects to meet client objectives and timelines.
β’ Develop checklists based on vendor feasibility assessments.
β’ Oversee the onboarding procedures for project team members and vendors.
β’ Maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor project progress, key milestones, and performance indicators.
β’ Coordinate purchase orders, manage document control, and facilitate project communications.
β’ Organize regular meetings and ensure efficient information exchange among stakeholders.
β’ Monitor and update project milestones to ensure adherence to the schedule.
β’ Aid in field coordination and resolve issues during the construction phase.
β’ Guarantee that project documentation is comprehensive, well-organized, and easily accessible.
β’ Assist in commissioning and project close-out activities, including tracking punch lists and final documentation.
β’ Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
β’ Contribute to project reporting and provide status updates for both internal and client stakeholders.
β’ Support the onboarding of new vendors and team members.
β’ Coordinate utility connections and permitting procedures related to electric vehicle infrastructure.
β’ Aid in managing project budgets and tracking expenditures against forecasts.
β’ Monitor and report on safety compliance and site conditions throughout construction.
β’ Work with IT and facilities teams on electric vehicle charging systems and operational technologies.
β’ Identify opportunities for process enhancements and knowledge sharing.
β’ Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related discipline.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in construction project management or equivalent roles.
β’ Experience in creating checklists from vendor feasibility reports is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with electric vehicle infrastructure or service center construction is advantageous.
β’ Experience in supporting the construction of service centers, transportation hubs, or infrastructure-intensive facilities.
β’ Knowledge of permitting and utility coordination processes is beneficial.
β’ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
β’ Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project management tools like Procore.
β’ Experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI or Smartsheet is a plus.
β’ Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving project demands.
β’ Comfortable working in both field and office environments, with occasional travel as required.
β’ Strong attention to detail and proficiency in managing documentation across various projects.
β’ Knowledge of electric vehicle systems, charging infrastructure, or fleet operations is beneficial.
β’ Ability to comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities.
