This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Act as the main operational resource for clinicians throughout the practice.
• Deliver prompt and responsive operational support, assisting clinicians with processes, documentation, scheduling inquiries, and internal workflows.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance clinician satisfaction and the operational experience.
• Support daily operational workflows while ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to internal processes.
• Identify areas for improving efficiency, consistency, and workflow effectiveness.
• Assist with operational initiatives spanning multiple departments.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and uphold organizational standards.
• Monitor clinician activity, documentation, sessions, operational metrics, and KPIs.
• Extract, analyze, and interpret operational reports for leadership review.
• Track departmental goals and pinpoint trends or opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate operational planning through data analysis and performance reporting.
• Bachelor's Degree - Required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare administration, medical office operations, or a related healthcare setting.
• Proficiency with an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system; AdvancedMD is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal interactions.
• Ability to work effectively with clinicians and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical skills, capable of organizing, interpreting, and conveying operational data.
• Outstanding organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
• Preferred: experience in a behavioral health or outpatient private practice.
• Preferred: familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM platform.
• Preferred: knowledge of New York insurance plans and authorization processes.
• Preferred: experience in generating reports, analyzing operational data, and monitoring KPIs.
• Preferred: prior leadership or supervisory experience.
