This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee a portfolio of Key Accounts and act as the primary contact for sales-related discussions.
• Support the creation and implementation of account strategies and plans.
• Visit clients to verify adherence to brand guidelines and ensure proper merchandising.
• Manage order frequency, product availability, and tailored assortments.
• Seek out new opportunities to improve portfolio placement.
• Propel business development and growth throughout the portfolio.
• Monitor sales targets and provide reports on performance metrics.
• Achieve annual sales and profit targets.
• Create presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to fulfill client needs.
• Maintain consistent communication through internal meetings, virtual sessions, and product evaluations.
• Provide clear updates to the internal team and respond to communications promptly.
• Work closely with the Key Account Manager and Canadian team to foster key account growth.
• Proficiency in both English and French.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capacity to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to optimize sales while adhering to business constraints and brand guidelines.
• Strong presentation skills, including the ability to create and deliver presentations to both internal and external audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Friendly and positive attitude and approach.
• Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative solutions to challenges.
• Intuitive, imaginative, and open-minded perspective.
• Willingness to share ideas and insights.
• Ability to excel in group settings and communicate effectively.
• Readiness and capacity to travel occasionally across Canada and to Minneapolis.
