Assistant General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance and support to hotel properties and their staff within the designated region.

• Offer expert leadership across all departments of the hotel.

• Champion outstanding guest service while training, developing, and coaching team members.

• Set and maintain high service standards across various properties.

• Recruit team members who possess the right attitude for their respective roles.

• Guide, mentor, and develop team members in all aspects of hotel operations.

• Demonstrate expertise throughout the company’s diverse portfolio of hotels.

• Exemplify best practices in quality assurance.

• Achieve or surpass quality assurance visit metrics.

• Drive service excellence, cost management, labor control, and team engagement through proactive leadership.

• Delegate responsibilities and empower team members effectively.

• Address challenging situations, proactively resolve conflicts, and foster continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A positive, can-do attitude is essential.

• A Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.

• At least one year of supervisory experience demonstrating successful leadership is required.

• Hotel-specific experience is advantageous.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time is necessary.
