Assistant General Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance and support to hotel properties and staff within the designated region.

• Deliver expert leadership across all hotel departments.

• Ensure exceptional guest service is consistently delivered.

• Train, develop, and mentor team members.

• Set and maintain high service standards across multiple properties.

• Recruit team members who possess the right attitude for their respective roles.

• Guide, coach, and enhance the development of team members in all hotel areas.

• Exemplify best practices in quality assurance.

• Achieve or surpass quality assurance visit metrics.

• Provide service, manage costs and labor, and foster team engagement through active leadership.

• Delegate responsibilities and empower team members effectively.

• Address challenging situations with critical thinking skills.

• Proactively resolve issues as they arise.

• Promote continuous improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A positive, can-do attitude is essential.

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.

• At least one year of supervisory experience with a proven track record of leadership success is required.

• Hotel-specific experience is preferred.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% is necessary.
