Assistant General Counsel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Prepare, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements with customers, vendors, and partners, including NDAs, SaaS agreements, MSAs, SOWs, and DPAs.

• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters related to business operations.

• Assist in privacy, data security, and information governance initiatives, including incident response efforts.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on legal issues concerning data usage, analytics, AI, and platform functionality.

• Aid in corporate governance and the establishment of internal policies.

• Support the resolution of disputes, audits, and investigations.

• Work closely with teams in Sales, Product, Finance, and others.

• Report directly to the SVP, Legal.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

• Must be admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience, whether in a law firm or in-house.

• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements.

• Functional understanding of HIPAA, general data privacy, and healthcare regulatory frameworks.

• Experience in Intellectual Property (IP) Management is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work independently while also collaborating across different functions.

• Valid U.S. work authorization that does not presently and will not in the future require visa sponsorship by IntegriChain.
