This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +12 more states.
β’ Lead and develop frontline managers, team leads, and personnel within revenue cycle operations.
β’ Supervise daily operations to ensure that performance standards, productivity goals, and service levels are achieved.
β’ Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
β’ Guarantee accurate and timely billing, cash postings, collections, accounts receivable follow-up, and denial management.
β’ Oversee workflow distribution and modify resources to align with client requirements.
β’ Report operational risks or issues to senior management.
β’ Detect inefficiencies and propose process enhancements.
β’ Assist in establishing standard workflows, policies, best practices, automation, and AI-driven optimization projects.
β’ Cultivate working relationships with client contacts and operational leaders.
β’ Engage in client meetings to provide performance updates, address concerns, and resolve issues.
β’ Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), productivity metrics, and financial results.
β’ Create presentations, reports, and dashboards for leadership and clients.
β’ Ensure compliance with CMS guidelines, payer regulations, and billing/coding standards.
β’ Assist in quality assurance programs, audits, and corrective measures.
β’ Aid in budget management, staffing, productivity, expenses, forecasting, and performance evaluation.
β’ Enhance revenue cycle systems and workflows while collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
β’ Facilitate onboarding, training, education, mentoring, and professional development.
β’ Offer operational expertise for sales discussions, client presentations, proposals, and service enhancements.
β’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
β’ At least 7 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle services within a hospital setting.
β’ Minimum of 3 years in a leadership position.
β’ Familiarity with various EHR systems such as MEDHOST, Oracle/Cerner, Meditech, or EPIC revenue cycle software products.
β’ Demonstrated client relationship management skills.
β’ Experience with multi-facility organizations and rural health/community hospitals.
β’ Willingness to travel to hospital locations or events as required, up to 25%.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of hospital operations and clinical/financial processes.
β’ Superior written, proofreading, and verbal communication capabilities.
β’ Strong judgment, detail-oriented, organized, capable of multitasking, problem-solving, and able to work independently.
β’ Ability to thrive in a team environment and lead projects within the designated focus area.
β’ Adaptable with a positive "can-do" attitude and able to maintain professionalism in high-pressure scenarios.
β’ Capacity to handle and safeguard confidential information.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
β’ Preference given to candidates available to work in EST or CST time zones.
