📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact and escalation for offshore subcontractor partners.

• Develop robust relationships with partners to ensure prompt resolution of issues, obstacles, and requests.

• Provide leadership and guidance to offshore teams.

• Set priorities, define performance expectations, and establish accountability to achieve consistent delivery results.

• Manage partner performance, which includes KPIs, SLAs, productivity and quality assessments, dashboards, and reports.

• Detect risks and gaps, implementing corrective action plans as necessary.

• Oversee cross-functional projects and operational enhancements across Service Delivery, IT, Security, Training/Quality, and offshore partners.

• Enhance processes, onboarding, ramp-up strategies, and overall service delivery.

• Supervise partner governance and operational routines, such as business reviews, action-item tracking, project deliverables, escalation paths, SOPs, and stakeholder alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.

• A minimum of 3–4 years of experience with a global customer or partner is required.

• At least 6–8 years of experience in a Revenue Cycle Management environment is required.

• A background in Revenue Cycle Management is strongly preferred.

• Must be comfortable presenting on camera and communicating with both onshore and offshore executive teams.

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required during screening and/or interviews.
