Assistant Bar Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-end food and beverage service to guests.

• Ensure the venue is prepared, clean, and adheres to safety standards.

• Oversee the setup and breakdown of the bar, as well as the management of equipment and supplies.

• Assist with inventory management, development of beverage menus, and coordination of special events.

• Guarantee compliance with sanitation, health, safety, and labor regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of valid STCW and flag-state certifications necessary for the role.

• Demonstrated experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Manager in a 4-star cruise or hospitality setting.

• Comprehensive understanding of public health regulations, HACCP, and food & beverage operations.

• At least 12 months of prior experience in a similar rank on a cruise ship.

• Significant experience aboard large cruise ships with global itineraries.

• Recommended experience in trading regions such as the USA and Australia.
