This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist the audit team in the process of onboarding clients.
• Communicate with clients to gather requirements, prepare bank confirmations, and professional clearance letters, ensuring a thorough and timely onboarding process.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients through email, phone calls, and messaging platforms.
• Address client inquiries, manage accounts that are unresponsive, provide updates, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to monitor audit progress and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Keep precise administrative records and trackers using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ensure data integrity, provide status updates, and maintain organized audit documentation.
• Engage in the Audit Automation Project by utilizing modern technology and AI workflows.
• Create and manage Audit Dashboards to assess audit performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to key stakeholders.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Support, Operations Support, or a Coordination role.
• Previous formal Audit experience is not a prerequisite.
• Demonstrated client-facing written and verbal communication skills through email, calls, and messaging platforms.
• Experience in client onboarding and managing unresponsive accounts.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders and track tasks concurrently.
• Strong practical skills in Excel or Google Sheets, along with proficiency in tracking tools and reporting.
• Experience or a strong comfort level with financial analysis and reporting metrics.
• Practical experience or keen interest in leveraging AI tools and IT applications to automate everyday administrative workflows.
• Must be residing in the Philippines.
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with global teams and clients.
• Attributes of ownership, accountability, structured thinking, attention to detail, active listening, adaptability, and a willingness to learn.
• Agreement to undergo required background screening, which may include verification of education, criminal history, political exposure, and bankruptcy or adverse credit history.
