Assistance Nurse, Italian and English Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Oversee medical cases for travelers overseas by evaluating calls, collecting clinical information, and delivering clear, professional advice.

• Coordinate care and transportation with global teams to organize treatment or additional support.

• Assist patients and clients in making safe, cost-effective choices that align with policy and duty of care.

• Collaborate with Assistance Centres, treating physicians, and claims teams to ensure smooth case progression.

• Offer expert medical advice and coordinate care for individuals facing health challenges while traveling.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Registered Nurse with experience in acute, emergency, or intensive care.

• Possess strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.

• Capable of adapting to new systems and staying current with technological advancements.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international setting.

• Previous experience in medical assistance or travel health is preferred.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Italian and English is essential.

• Willingness to work from various locations as directed by the company.
