• Ideally possess experience as an Asset Finance Broker; candidates with some industry exposure will also be considered.

• Demonstrated self-motivation and capability to work independently from home.

• Strong knowledge of loan structures and the lending process.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Eagerness to learn, develop, and adhere to established systems.
