• Background in finance, sales, or a regulated sector.

• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or a willingness to obtain it.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Motivation to establish your own business with assistance.

• Genuine concern for clients.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently.

• Competence in building and nurturing client relationships.
