• Background in finance, sales, or a regulated sector

• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking, or a commitment to obtain it

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ambition to establish your own business with backing

• Professional demeanor and meticulous attention to detail

• Genuine concern for client needs

• Self-driven and capable of working independently

• Proficient in building and managing a client portfolio

• Primarily intended for self-employed brokers
