Asset Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management of installed assets by ensuring that necessary markings, tagging, and unique record identification are executed and documented.

• Facilitate hardware and software asset management within TENM, which includes updating the SW Warranty Tracker and overseeing licenses.

• Manage IUID tags and input information into PIEE.

• Aid in internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits.

• Monitor government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets from acquisition through to disposition.

• Create asset management reports to fulfill contractual, governmental, and internal obligations.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.

• Ensure accountability and compliance throughout the lifecycle of government and company assets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) required.

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Current Secret Clearance is necessary.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius of a major airport.

• Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time.

• Proficient in accountability, management of fixed assets, and inventory audits.

• Familiarity with hardware and software asset management, software licenses, IUID tags, PIEE, TENM, government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets.
