Asset Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Provide support for installed assets by ensuring that necessary markings, tagging, and unique record identification are completed and properly documented.

• Collaborate within a team to implement hardware, software, warranty tracking, and license asset management within TENM.

• Maintain IUID tags and upload relevant records into PIEE.

• Assist with internal reviews, surveillances, self-assessments, and audits.

• Monitor government property, fixed assets, non-capitalized assets, and leased assets from the point of acquisition to disposition.

• Generate asset management reports to meet contractual, governmental, and internal requirements.

• Conduct monthly and quarterly physical inventory audits.

• Ensure contract performance through lifecycle asset accountability, compliance, tracking, documentation, and readiness for audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA).

• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Possession of an active Secret Clearance.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Proficiency in accountability, fixed assets, and inventory audits.

• Capability to support compliance and audit readiness for government and company assets.

• Familiarity with hardware, software, licenses, IUID tags, PIEE, and TENM.

• Availability for 40 scheduled hours per week.
