Assessor de Investimentos Pleno/Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage, optimize, and expand a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, focusing on individual Equity starting from R$ 50 million in total assets.

• Conduct consultative meetings for asset allocation, aligned with each client’s risk profile and financial objectives.

• Monitor macroeconomic scenarios.

• Present comprehensive financial solutions, including Fixed Income, Variable Income, Funds, Pension, International and Structured Products.

• Engage in prospecting new clients and implementing MGM (Member Get Member) strategies and networking.

• Maintain continuous and excellent relationships, ensuring client loyalty and satisfaction (NPS).

• Expand the asset base and achieve results in a remote environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active certification: Ancord (AAI) or CEA / CFP® as per the operational structure.

• Proven experience in investment advisory, Private Banking, or financial consulting at the Mid or Senior level.

• Documented track record in managing portfolios starting from R$ 50 million in AUM.

• Proficiency in investment products in both domestic and international markets.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and emotional intelligence skills.

• Permanent residence in the State of São Paulo.

• University degree in fields such as finance, economics, financial management, foreign trade, administration, accounting, or actuarial and financial sciences.

• CFP® or CGA certification as an advantage.

• Active network of contacts in the High Net Worth (HNW) segment as an advantage.

• Previous experience in remote work focused on deliverables and goals as an advantage.
