ASO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the ASO strategy for both the Apple App Store and Google Play, focusing on increasing organic installs and enhancing conversion rates.

• Perform continuous keyword research and optimization for titles, subtitles, keyword fields, and descriptions in both app stores.

• Design, implement, and evaluate A/B tests on app store creatives utilizing both native tools and third-party platforms.

• Track and report on keyword rankings, category standings, conversion rates, ratings, and reviews.

• Examine competitor app store strategies to uncover opportunities for differentiation.

• Strategically manage and respond to user reviews to enhance ratings and overall sentiment.

• Keep updated with changes in App Store and Google Play algorithms, policy updates, and new ASO opportunities.

• Collaborate with creative teams to generate high-converting store assets and localized content.

• Partner with the SEO Manager and paid acquisition teams to synchronize organic and paid mobile strategies.

• Maintain relationships with ASO tools and vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of specialized ASO experience managing applications on both iOS and Android platforms.

• Proven track record in enhancing app store rankings and conversion rates.

• Proficient with ASO tools such as AppTweak, Sensor Tower, SplitMetrics, Mobile Action, or similar platforms.

• Strong grasp of Apple Search Ads and Google Play Console experiments.

• A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical abilities and comfort in handling large datasets.

• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and understanding of statistical significance.

• Knowledge of mobile user acquisition funnels and the integration of ASO with paid campaigns.

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Proficiency in Hebrew is considered a significant advantage.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with a remote supervisor.
