Asistente de Selección, Call Center – Temporal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including hunting.

• Carry out tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Reside in Lima or Callao.

• Graduate or hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

• Minimum of 6 months experience in personnel selection for companies in the Telecommunications - Call Center sector.

• Availability to work remotely with personal tools, using Windows 10 Pro or 11 Pro.

• Willingness to work 48 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

• Availability for temporary work of 1 to 2 months per project.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
