This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide support to customers regarding technical inquiries related to cable, internet, and telephone services.

• Execute discards and apply the specified procedures.

• Engage in paid remote training for a duration of 21 days.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary Education completed.

• Provide technical support for inquiries related to cable, internet, and telephone services.

• Availability for morning shifts: 9am to 6pm or 10am to 7pm.

• Availability for rotating days off.

• Availability for training sessions from Monday to Saturday, 8am to 3pm.

• No prior experience needed; the company offers training.
