Asesor HFC - FULL TIME

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide support to clients regarding their technical inquiries related to cable, internet, and telephone services.

• Conduct discards and implement the specified procedures.

• Participate in a paid remote training program lasting 21 days.

• Work during the morning shift, comprising 8 hours of management and a 1-hour break.

• Work with a rotating schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• No prior experience required.

• Must be 18 years or older (mandatory).

• Completed secondary education and/or ongoing, incomplete, or completed higher studies.

• PC or laptop with 8 GB of RAM.

• Intel Core 6th Generation processor or newer, or Ryzen 3 or newer.

• Windows 11 Pro or higher operating system.

• Wired internet connection (No WiFi).

• Wired headset required.

• Webcam is needed only during training sessions.
