Asesor de Ventas, Portabilidad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients through phone calls

• Provide mobile operator portability to Claro through exclusive promotions and business agreements

• Complete 5 days of training from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) under contract from day one

• Work during management hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a 1-hour break

• Enjoy days off on Sundays and public holidays

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month experience in a Call Center

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home

• Processor: Core i5 or higher, or equivalent

• Minimum RAM of 8 GB

• USB headset required

• Wired Internet speed of over 40 Mbps

• Education: Junior High School

• Proficient in digital skills

• Strong communication and persuasion abilities

• Commercial skills are essential

• Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

• Must reside in Lima or Callao
