This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact clients from other providers to switch to Claro

• Participate in the mobile portability campaign

• Work from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 6pm

• Attend remote training from 9am to 5pm

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a call center is required

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Availability for remote training from 9am to 5pm

• Must have the necessary tools to work from home

• Computer with at least a Core i3 of 10th generation or higher

• Minimum of 8GB RAM

• Operating system: Windows 10-11

• Internet speed of at least 40 Mbps

• USB headset required

• Education: Junior High School

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year
