This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer support for Claro Móvil.

• Manage account holds for contacted Claro Móvil customers.

• Operate in a remote working environment.

• Engage in remote training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: secondary school diploma.

• Relevant professional experience: less than 1 year.

• Availability to work full-time or part-time starting at 9:00 a.m.

• Willingness to accommodate rotating days off and holidays.

• Experience with Claro contacted customers.

• Reside or work in Victor Larco Herrera, Peru.
