Asesor Call Center, Prepago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact clients from other operators via phone to switch to Movistar Prepago.

• Manage the portability of prepaid chips for the Mexican public.

• Perform remote work from any location in Peru.

⛳️ Requirements

• Secondary education required.

• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

• Must have a laptop or desktop computer for remote management.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher (from the 6th generation), Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD8 or higher.

• 8 GB RAM required.

• Operating system must be Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid-state drive (SSD) required.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or more.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
