Asesor Call Center, Movistar Prepago

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Contact clients from other operators via calls to switch to Movistar Prepago.

• Manage sales of prepaid chip portability aimed at the Mexican public.

• Work from home during the established hours from Monday to Saturday.

• Participate in a 12-day virtual training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have a laptop or computer for remote management.

• Intel Core i3 processor or higher (6th generation or later), Ryzen 3 or higher, or AMD8 or higher.

• 8 GB of RAM.

• Windows 10 or 11.

• Solid-state drive.

• Wired internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher.

• Secondary education level.

• No prior professional experience required.

• Availability to work Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM.
