Asesor Call Center – Atención al Cliente, Cross Selling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide support to customers

• Address customer inquiries and concerns

• Offer value-added products through cross-selling

• Manage customer service and cross-selling activities

• Work from home through remote work

• Adhere to schedules from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a rotating break

⛳️ Requirements

• Age: 18 years and older

• Completed secondary education

• With or without prior experience

• Reside in the Tumbes region

• Must have tools for remote work: PC or Laptop + Wired Internet

• Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with a rotating break
