Artificial Intelligence Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research and assess emerging AI technologies for implementation across the organization.

• Implement AI models and automation tools to enhance processes in various departments.

• Integrate and optimize solutions for invoice automation, receipt management, cash flow forecasting, and labor optimization.

• Connect POS and accounting systems using Zapier, Make, or Omnivore.

• Develop and maintain AI dashboards for insights into financial, labor, and operational metrics.

• Streamline the importing of bank transactions into Restaurant365.

• Implement reconciliation tools and investigate smart bookkeeping assistants.

• Monitor, diagnose, and enhance AI systems.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to incorporate AI into business operations, customer support, marketing, finance, and other sectors.

• Ensure that AI solutions conform to industry standards, ethical guidelines, and corporate goals.

• Offer technical support, training, and documentation for AI applications.

• Stay informed on AI trends, tools, and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong technical expertise in AI/ML models, data processing, automation, and systems integration.

• Familiarity with Vic.ai, Dext, Fathom or Jirav, 7shifts, Lavu, Restaurant365, Zapier, Make, or Omnivore.

• Experience in creating internal AI dashboards using Power BI or Looker Studio.

• Knowledge of importing bank transactions into Restaurant365.

• Experience with reconciliation tools like AutoRek or BlackLine.

• Understanding of smart bookkeeping assistants such as Botkeeper or Zeni.

• Capability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI systems for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Skill in aligning AI solutions with industry standards, ethical guidelines, and business objectives.

• Proficiency in providing technical support, training, and documentation.

• Awareness of current AI trends, tools, and best practices.
