Artificial Intelligence Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement AI and GenAI solutions tailored for business applications.

• Create and enhance applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and multi-agent systems.

• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions utilizing enterprise data sources and knowledge repositories.

• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, databases, business applications, and enterprise platforms.

• Assess, fine-tune, and monitor AI models to guarantee optimal performance, accuracy, and reliability.

• Apply Responsible AI principles, governance, security, and best practices for observability.

• Work collaboratively with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Product teams to operationalize AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python and API development.

• Proven experience in building applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.

• Practical experience with AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and RAG architectures.

• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval techniques.

• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or similar tools.

• Understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and AI application monitoring processes.

• Comprehension of software engineering best practices, including Git, CI/CD, testing, and cloud-native architectures.

• Awareness of AI governance, security, privacy, and Responsible AI principles.
