
Arterial Regional Sales Manager – Peripheral Vascular

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Drive revenue growth within the region, focusing on market development, customer engagement, and operational excellence.
• Lead and cultivate a team of Account Managers.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and field sales to support program development and strategic initiatives.
• Take ownership of regional revenue, forecasts, and growth objectives.
• Formulate and implement business plans aimed at increasing market share, enhancing accounts, and building customer relationships.
• Analyze performance metrics, market trends, competition, and pipeline opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain essential talent.
• Provide coaching through field observations, performance reviews, planning, and feedback, while addressing performance gaps.
• Monitor activity levels, pipeline status, case coverage, account penetration, and overall productivity.
• Ensure the effectiveness of sales processes, CRM utilization, forecasting accuracy, and customer support.
• Establish partnerships with AVP, VTE RSM, Strategic Sales, and Account Managers.
• Represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings, while completing necessary reports.
• Promote collaboration, inspiration, accountability, and the Stryker culture.
• Work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Training, Finance, and HR.
• Ensure adherence to policies, laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required.
• At least 6+ years of experience in medical device sales is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within medical device sales is preferred.
• Previous experience in the peripheral vascular sector is desirable.
• Strong leadership, coaching, presentation, organizational, and managerial capabilities.
• Solid business acumen with a strong financial and commercial understanding.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer service.
• In-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Familiarity with competitive products and market dynamics.
• Proficient in MS Office for creating reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
• Effective educational and presentation skills applicable in diverse environments.
• Ability to comply with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.
