This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee order queues and workflow processes
• Review and process orders for the production and art teams
• Prepare orders for production by utilizing print-ready specifications suitable for various printing methods
• Modify and correct files for production purposes
• Address issues related to client-provided art files
• Respond to order inquiries from art teams
• Generate virtual mockups and verify art specifications
• Maintain organized and detailed logs of orders and related issues
• Digitally manage proofing department queues and emails, including processing, assigning dates, and collaborating with customer service
• Collaborate closely with production, art, and customer service teams to ensure files adhere to production specifications and that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision when reviewing and preparing artwork
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to handle multiple orders and workflow queues concurrently
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in resolving issues related to artwork and production
• Solid understanding of production artwork requirements and print specifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in Art Production, Graphic Design, Prepress, Production Art, Artwork Processing, or a related role
• Willingness to work during US operating hours
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience in recreating and vectorizing logos for production
• Knowledge of preparing artwork with appropriate bleeds and print-ready specifications
• Experience in creating virtual mockups and product visuals
• Understanding of artwork requirements for various printing and decoration methods
• Capability to review client-supplied artwork and identify potential production issues
• Experience in preparing files for production and managing proofing workflows
• Familiarity with overseeing art queues, order queues, and proofing department workflows
• Strong ability to keep detailed logs and documentation regarding orders and artwork issues
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
