This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage with customers via phone and email, both inbound and outbound, to understand their circumstances.
• Conduct honest and supportive discussions about finances, including reviews of income and expenses.
• Establish realistic and sustainable payment plans.
• Alleviate concerns and foster trust through calm and clear communication.
• Recognize vulnerability and guide customers to advisory services.
• Ensure equitable outcomes.
• Operate in compliance and provide excellent customer experiences.
• Participate in regular one-on-ones, team huddles, coaching sessions, and ongoing feedback.
• A friendly and approachable individual dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
• A genuine desire to assist customers and make a positive impact.

• Proactive, inquisitive, and solution-oriented.
• Previous experience in an Arrears or Collections position.
• Background in supporting vulnerable customers within a regulated setting.
