📋 Description

• Responsible for structuring technical solutions related to the provision of IT services, acting as a bridge between the Commercial, Technical Specialists, and Delivery areas in defining solution architectures and operational models.

• Tasked with understanding services, technologies, and Information Security architectures, identifying the necessary technical resources for their execution, defining operational models, selecting technologies and vendors that meet client needs, sizing teams, estimating efforts, identifying risks, and consolidating the technical solution that will serve as the foundation for commercial proposals, ensuring its technical and operational viability.

• Analyze technical documents, bids, RFPs, RFIs, Terms of Reference, and other documentation related to the procurement of IT services;

• Understand the requested services by identifying their objectives, technical, operational, functional, quantitative requirements, and service levels;

• Interpret Information Security services and technologies, even when lacking direct experience with the solution, by researching vendors, reference architectures, technical documentation, best practices, and market models to define the proposed solution;

• Translate technical requirements of technologies and services into operational models, professional profiles, team quantities, and effort estimates for contract execution;

• Conduct a technical breakdown of services, identifying activities, deliverables, dependencies, assumptions, risks, volumes, and resources needed for execution;

• Define conceptual architectures for the provision of Information Security services;

• Establish applicable operational models for each service, considering operational coverage, work shifts, schedules, SLAs, service levels, and responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Computer Networks, Information Security, or related fields in Information Technology.

• Over 4 years of experience in Information Security, with roles in architecture, consulting, implementation, support, operation, or Pre-Sales of Information Security solutions and services.

• Practical experience in the following domains: SOC; SIEM; SOAR; XDR; Vulnerability Management; Network Security; NGFW; WAF; Cloud Security; IAM; PAM; Endpoint Security; Application Security; DevSecOps; Threat Intelligence; CTI; DLP; CASB; SSE; Zero Trust; Incident Response; GRC; LGPD; Managed Security Services.
