This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement efficient backend architectures using .NET 8+ / C# 12 for rapid and experimental deliveries.

• Develop agile and secure APIs with Minimal APIs, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, and Redis.

• Apply pragmatic approaches to DDD, CQRS, and messaging according to the requirements of each experiment.

• Structure event-driven integrations using RabbitMQ, MassTransit, and SQL/NoSQL.

• Configure fault tolerance with Polly, basic observability, and deployments in containers and Azure.

• Explore new tools and AI patterns to continuously evolve the Innovation team's deliveries.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields.

• Strong prior experience as a .NET/C# Architect.

• Proficiency in ASP.NET Core, EF Core, and both relational and non-relational databases.

• Practical experience in implementing event-driven architectures.

• Ability to make autonomous technical decisions balancing quality and agility.

• Understanding of the application of AI in the development lifecycle, including Prompt Engineering, LLMs, Agents, and MCP.

• Preferred: experience with Semantic Kernel and Azure OpenAI.

• Preferred: knowledge in Event Sourcing.

• Advantage: an active technical portfolio, such as GitHub, personal projects, or previous experience in startups.
