This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Visit and engage with architects, developers, and construction companies to promote roof window solutions.

• Manage and support installers in the area to achieve sales targets.

• Identify new projects and ensure follow-up on prescribed projects in Castilla y León and Extremadura.

• Provide technical and commercial advice to integrate products and solutions into strategic projects.

• Drive the growth of roof window sales and the significance of this category in Castilla y León and Extremadura.

• Report to the Specification Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Architect with at least 5 years of experience in a related field.

• Experience in relationships with architectural firms, real estate developers, and building material distributors.

• Goal-oriented mindset, capable of organizing and working independently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

• Intermediate to advanced level of English, both spoken and written, for professional use.

• Dynamic, persuasive, flexible, and aligned with VELUX's core values.

• Willingness to travel throughout the regions of Castilla y León and Extremadura.
