Architect, Specification Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Propel sales growth for roof windows and flat-roof solutions.

• Enhance VELUX’s presence in new construction projects.

• Establish and foster relationships with architects, property developers, and construction firms.

• Advocate for roof-window and flat-roof solutions.

• Discover new opportunities and follow up on designated projects, mainly in Greater Lisbon.

• Collaborate with sales teams across various regions.

• Offer technical and commercial guidance to incorporate products and solutions into strategic initiatives.

• Occasionally assist in other areas related to strategic projects, in coordination with the local sales team.

• Report directly to the Iberia Specification Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

• Experience collaborating with architectural firms, property developers, and construction companies.

• Results-driven, well-organized, and self-motivated.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for professional contexts.

• Dynamic, persuasive, and adaptable in approach.

• Willingness to travel occasionally beyond the primary area.
