Architect, Specification Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Propel sales expansion for roof windows and flat-roof solutions.

• Enhance VELUX’s footprint in new construction projects.

• Engage with and cultivate relationships with architects, property developers, and construction firms.

• Advocate for VELUX roof-window and flat-roof solutions.

• Discover new opportunities and follow up on targeted projects, mainly in Greater Porto.

• Collaborate with the sales team across various regions.

• Offer technical and commercial guidance to integrate products and solutions into key projects.

• Occasionally assist in other areas for strategic projects, in coordination with the local sales team.

• Report directly to the Iberia Specification Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.

• Proven experience working with architectural firms, property developers, and construction companies.

• Results-driven, highly organized, and self-motivated.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.

• Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in spoken and written English for professional contexts.

• Dynamic, persuasive, and adaptable profile that aligns with VELUX values.

• Willingness to travel occasionally outside the primary area.
