This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance the corporate AI platform as an internal product.

• Enable teams to autonomously, securely, and traceably build, deploy, and operate AI capabilities and agent systems.

• Architect the platform within a hybrid ecosystem including multicloud, on-prem, and mainframe environments.

• Create the access and mediation layer for models.

• Establish governance for model usage and associated costs.

• Integrate AI into the development lifecycle through agent execution environments (harness).

• Design controls that ensure AI usage is auditable and compliant with regulatory frameworks.

• Develop and document architectures.

• Engage directly in construction and make technical decisions in real-world contexts.

• Ensure consistency between design and the constructed solution.

• Communicate technical details effectively with all technology teams.

• Support the product throughout its entire lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in technical architecture roles, typically with at least 5 years in the area of expertise.

• Proven and in-depth experience in at least one of the following environments: Kubernetes on-prem, VMware, Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Understanding of the hybrid model.

• Experience in designing and implementing self-service AI platforms.

• Familiarity with AI gateways, credentials, routing, quotas, and cost control.

• Experience in the architecture of agent systems: orchestration, context management, tool integration via MCP and function calling, and RAG patterns.

• Experience in harness engineering: context, tools, isolation, permissions, and verification.

• Knowledge of model governance: lifecycle, selection, quality assessment, and traceability.

• Understanding of AI-specific security issues: prompt injection, data leakage, and agent isolation.

• Experience in observability and cost control of models and agents.

• Experience integrating AI into the SSDLC using CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and Kubernetes.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex technical problems.

• Clear technical communication with technology teams.

• Understanding of applicable banking regulatory environments.

• Focus on internal product orientation.

• Ability to design using immature technology while avoiding coupling to specific vendors and models.

• Judgment to determine what to automate with AI and what requires human oversight based on risk.
