Arquitecto Comercial de Alto Nivel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain detailed architectural models and documentation using Revit.

• Support the production of construction documentation, including plans, layouts, elevations, sections, and construction details.

• Translate design concepts into accurate and buildable architectural documentation.

• Participate in high-profile commercial projects at various stages of design and documentation.

• Coordinate architectural information with other disciplines and project teams.

• Review plans and models to identify inconsistencies, errors, and coordination issues.

• Incorporate design changes and client feedback into plans and models.

• Maintain project files organized and accurate according to studio standards.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams based in the United States.

• Utilize additional design and documentation software as required by the project.

• Meet deadlines, documentation standards, and established quality levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or equivalent professional training.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in architecture.

• More than 4 years of experience working directly with architectural firms in the United States.

• Previous experience in high-level commercial or retail projects in the United States (mandatory requirement).

• Strong experience in Revit, particularly in architectural production and documentation.

• Solid knowledge of architectural plans, construction documentation, and design development.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

• High attention to detail and commitment to high-quality documentation.

• Advanced level of English, both written and oral.

• Availability to work with US schedules and teams.

• Experience with BIM tools and cloud collaborative platforms, such as BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.

• Residence in Latin America and availability for remote work.

• Advanced English (mandatory).
